AIT has been offering experience-based team building and staff development programs for organizations, agencies, and schools of all sorts and sizes for the past ten years. Our programs all involve active participation in hands-on experiences designed to meet the specific needs of the agency. A typical team building and staff development program ranges from half-day workshops to weekend retreats. These are available to personnel in school districts and universities, in mental health agencies, hospitals, correctional facilities, leadership programs, small companies and larger corporations. We are also available to provide on-going staff development efforts aimed at enhancing the qualities of community, effective problem-solving and conflict management, and the spirit of team-work in work production.
